For all of my life, I’ve always had a singular passion: connection. Through all my different careers and walks of life, from finance and theater, to film and music, this one goal has remained the same. It’s this compassion for others, the ability to truly understand and listen to someone's story, that led me to where I am today. For the last 23 years I’ve worked as a personal coach, helping those around me gain clarity, happiness, peace, and a renewed investment in life.
That’s why I founded Active Health Fitness - a health coaching and fitness company designed to clear blocks, get you moving, and foster a better quality of life as we age. As your personal coach, I will help keep you on the playing field of life through nutritional guidance, consistent fitness, lifestyle changes, and powerful mindset shifts.
